Easter
Better late than never, but here are pictures from Easter. The boys had spring break the following week, so we went up to grandma's house. Saturday morning the boys had a great time coloring eggs and having an egg hunt.

It's the incredible Hulk! Colton had more fun coloring his hands then the eggs!
Jacksen, Grandpa, Cousin Noah, and Uncle Erick. The boys' first Easter. Noah is 2 months older than Jacksen.

I think they found enough eggs, that the Easter Bunny didn't even need to come!
Easter morning. We are so thankful for the Savior and his gift to us. Hope you all had a nice Easter too.

Last night Ethan gave the lesson at our Family Home Evening. He gave it on a lesson he had the day before about the Word of Wisdom. After talking about tea, he commented, "We don't drink tea, even if it has marshmallows in it!" I think he was referring to hot chocolate. I did my best not to laugh to hard. I didn't succeed.

Going to Conference
Last weekend was the LDS General Conference. We get the opportunity to listen to our modern prophet and other leaders talk. We have a gianormous building where they meet (we also get to watch it on TV). You have to be 8 years old to attend. Logan recently turned 8, so his grandparents got him a ticket to go with them on the Saturday morning session. Logan was so excited and couldn't wait for the day.

Tears, oh tears, sweet picture of my handsome boy by the SLC temple.
Conference center across the street.
Logan had fun with his grandparents and said he learned a lot during the session. We tried our best at home to listen, but spent much of our time helping the boys fill out their conference bingo sheets, and color the speakers' ties. Good thing it will all be printed soon, so we can read their talks.
Oh, my darlin' boy
The boys have been watching this channel that has some older cartoons. Huckleberry Hound (which I never saw-before my time) sings the ,"Oh, my darlin', Clementine" song. Here is Colton's version.

Talking with a 3-year old
Since most of my day is spent with Colton, he's the one I naturally talk to the most, which can be very draining. My earlier conversation:
Colton: Where's baby Jacksen?
Me: He's asleep.
Colton: Where is him?
Me: He's asleep in his bed.
Colton: In my's room?
Me: Yes, his bed is in your room, you share a room with him.(as he has for the last 2 months.)
Colton: Can I see him?
Me: Not now, I don't want to wake him up.
Colton: I'll tip-toe.
Me: Sorry, he's sleeping, later you can see him.
Colton: Please, I want to give him a kiss.
Me: Sorry, you can blow him a kiss from here, he'll get it.
Colton: I'll tip-toe.
Repeat the last 4 comments for over 10 minutes, until Colton is throwing a tantrum, and Jacksen wakes up.
Colton: Jacksen's crying, can I give him a kiss now?
Me: Sigh...yes, you can give him a kiss, let's go get him.
Repeat daily.

Ethanisms
I made Turkey Pot Pie for dinner the other night. It was really pretty good. Ethan, upon seeing it, says, "I don't think this is in my diet." What! Where did he come up with that. So I told him, "Try it, you'll like it!" (that's for Char!) He said, "My brain needs to get ready, I think I'm going to have a nervous breakdown." This kid keeps me laughing!
