Kangaroo Zoo

Today for Logan's birthday, I took the boys to somewhere super fun! If you haven't been here, it's definitely worth the money!! Even though parents can watch for free, Colton wouldn't go on any of the slides unless I went down with, so I had to pay. I'm glad I did though, it was really fun!

Happy Birthday Logan!!

Winter Wonderland

At my parents house (Rigby, ID) they had received 9" of snow--before we got there. They probably got another couple while we were there. We brought their snow suits to play. The snow was so deep, they could hardly walk around.

Christmas surprises

We had Christmas a day early. The early morning of Christmas we drove up to my parent's house to spend a few days. I just love to watch the boys open presents and see their little faces light up with surprise and their new treasure. They must have been good, because they collected enough things to last a life time!

Trust me, that's his excited face.

Colton doesn't even try to hide the fact that he's found some chocolate!

Everybody loves new pj's!

Gingy

It's not Christmas for me unless we make gingerbread cookies. The boys had fun rolling, cutting, icing, and of course, eating!

Compromise

Lately Colton will not take a nap when I put him down. For the past few weeks he's been super clingy. I think it's because he knows he can't come in my bedroom when I'm working. So all day long, he's uber clingy. Well today, I tried to get him down for a nap, and after 45 minutes of him crying, we made a compromise. I'd lay down on the floor and he could lay next to me--if he took a nap. He was out in 5 minutes!

The Stockings were hung

I know it's goofy, but the kids and I had fun making it. Now we have a chimney for Santa to come down!
